As your nutritional health counselor we will explore your personal goals through one of my programs below.


Choose a Program to Fit Your Needs and Lifestyle
Through consistent one-on-one personalized 6-month program you will be educated on the foods that support and nurture your core creating more focus, more energy and more pleasure in your life. We will explore your specific concerns in the arena of lifestyle, physical, stress and time management and develop support tools for a lifetime of change.

ONE-ON-ONE

1) In Person Six-Month Program
· 2 one-hour sessions each month (12 sessions in all)
· A detailed health food store tour (guests invited)
· One seasonal cooking class
· Food samples at each session
· Recipes
· Client driven recommendations to work on between sessions
· Articles, books and cd’s from my lending library
· A binder to organize information during our session
· Email support between sessions
· Total support in finding your path to HEALTH AND HAPPINESS
2) Phone Six-Month Program
• 2 one-hour sessions each month (12 sessions in all)
• Cooking class CD with healthy suggestions and recipes
• Food samples mailed
• Recipes emailed
• Client driven recommendations to work on between sessions
• Articles, books and cd’s from my lending library
• A binder to organize information during our session
• Email support between sessions

• Total support in finding your path to HEALTH AND HAPPINESS

THE DUAL-BUDDY PROGRAM (telephone coaching)

Share the cost of a program!

• Two 60-minute telephone sessions with your buddy each month (12 in all), including discussion of Client progress, full set of notes, client drive recommendations (20-25 min each of one-on-one coaching per person while your buddy listens in. You learn from your buddy and your buddy learns from you).

• Unlimited email support for after session questions, supporting you through your progress.
• Monthly Menu (6 in all), a complete seasonally adjusted menu for healthy and conscious eating, including recipes, and “tricks from the kitchen.” Delivered via e-mail.
• 5-10 minute check-ins, between our sessions.
• Articles and book recommendations.
• A binder for each buddy to organize your notes and recommendations via US mail.
• Monthly food sample gifts.

GROUP PROGRAMS

EDUCATIONAL COOKING DEMO

• Seasonal, organic, whole foods, hands-on cooking classes.
• Classes begin with a brief lecture on the nutritional value with Q+A regarding chosen topic.
• Recipes and notes from the lecture.
• Growing in the understanding that “food is medicine.”
• Cooking and sharing your meal with like-minded cooks.
• Food samples to take home and share with your family.
• Past menu themes have included anti-inflammatory meals, calcium rich meals, root veggies for the fall, savory soups, spring salads, glorious greens, grains and bone building classes.
• A fabulous holiday or birthday gift. Certificates available.

NEW HOST YOUR OWN COOKING CLASS!

Here is how it works:
• I present a mutually agreed upon seasonal, well-balanced, organic whole foods menu (soup, veggie, protein, grain, desserts, and various after meal teas).
• I provide you with the shopping list to for the ingredients. You supply the ingredients. This richens the experience for the host as they learn the different varieties of fresh fish, naturally raised meats, greens, grains, and condiments.
• You choose the price to charge your guests for a two hour, hands-on educational organic whole foods cooking class. Guests will have a rich experience, a delicious meal, learn more about the “medicine and health benefits of whole foods” (especially as we approach flu season) as well as recipes to take home to try for themselves. A suggested charge would be $50-60 per person, or give it to your guests as a gift. The choice is yours.

Create a date night for you and your partner and 2-3 other couples. The class size can be yourself and 1 other guest or up to 7 guests. Food for thought!
